Odyssey Mini Gels are polyacrylamide gels designed to separate a wide range of protein sizes via PAGE or SDS-PAGE. Each box contains 10 pre-cast gels. Our gels feature larger well volumes for easier sample loading and are cast in a neutral pH buffer to increase gel stability. They also run at neutral pH, which minimizes protein modification compared to Tris-glycine gels. Odyssey Mini Gels are available in several gradients with 10, 12, or 15 numbered wells. Our gels feature a shelf life of up to 6 months at room temperature and 12 months at 2–8C.

Gel Loading Dye, Orange (6X) is a pre-mixed loading buffer with a tracking dye for agarose and non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. This solution contains SDS, which often results in sharper bands, as some restriction enzymes are known to remain bound to their DNA substrates following cleavage.
